What is your Return Policy and Procedure ?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any unused item (excluding; Janbiyah and Wedding Wear*) within 10 days from the delivery date. In a condition that is suitable for resale without removing the price tags in the same condition in which you received the item.

In order to ensure a smooth and speedy return process please follow the instructions carefully. Once you complete the return form, please locate the nearest USPS office and send it to the return address provided for USA customers.

I cannot see the refund in my bank account. What should I do ?

We make sure all refunds to all our customers are processed immediately once confirmed. If you haven't received your refund within 14 days, please check with your bank first, If you still haven't received your refund, please call us. 

Can I cancel my order ?

Yes! Orders can be cancelled if it's not shipped yet by calling our phone number and providing them with your order number and contact details.
